At the club meeting on 29 January 2004, President Les Jones welcomed his guests Marion Smith from the Northern Ireland Children’s Hospice.

President Les presented Marion Smith with a cheque for £1500 for the Children’s Hospice. This was raised from Rotary Club of Donaghadee's participation in this year's car ballot.
